Keyboard shortcuts
Editing
| Shortcut | Action |
|---|---|
| Ctrl/Cmd + Z | Undo |
| Ctrl/Cmd + Y | Redo |
| Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Z | Redo — the chord Mac apps use |
| Delete or Backspace | Delete the selected item |
Both redo chords work, so whichever your hands already know is the right one. Undo is always Ctrl/Cmd + Z.
Canvas

| Escape | Cancel what you are placing, or clear the selection |
| Right-click | Cancels a placement too |
| W | Brightness / contrast — then drag on the film |
| Z | Zoom — then drag up or down |
| M | Move the film |
| L | Arm a length measurement |
| A | Arm an angle measurement |
| Ctrl/Cmd + B | Collapse or expand the sidebar |
W, Z and M stay selected until you choose another tool or press Escape. L and A arm one measurement.
Mouse and trackpad

Changing any of it
All of the above is configurable under Settings → Shortcuts — the three mouse buttons, and whether scrolling zooms or moves the film. That choice is remembered per computer.
